Blundstone 500 Series Original Boot - Men's

I used to wear my cowboy boots all the time because I thought they were comfortable. Those cowboy boots have been collecting dust ever since I got a pair of Blundstones. When I first got them, I was worried that they wouldn't hold up because they are super light. This is not the case, Blundstones are very durable and super comfortable. They are true to size and are a breeze to get in and out of. Great for tromping around town in the winter, hanging at camp in the desert, or wearing them to the office. You can't go wrong.

Lightweight, comfortable, casual. My Blundstones got me through the 'Big Seattle Snowstorm' quite nicely! They definitely have earned a place in my fall/winter shoe wardrobe. Get 'em!

I bought my first pair while spending a year abroad in Wollongong and they lasted 7 years. My second pair is on year 5 and shows no sign of letting me down. I like these boots because they look good for both work and play and can be dressed up or down depending on the situation. They are very comfortable for all day wear and have a fair amount of traction for snow/ice.

Blunnies are great for work, play, and especially travel. Easy off-on when doing the security fandango at the airport. Because they're so versatile, I can get away with only having one pair of shoes on most trips.

All-day comfort; good looks. Couldn't ask for more in a boot.

I have owned these boots for about a month and really like them. They go anywhere and do anything. Very short break in period, comfy too. Nice grippy sole, good ankle support, above average toe protection. Some reviewers stated that the boots run a little small, but I found the opposite. I usually wear a US 12, but had to exchange them for a US 11.5. I decided to go slightly smaller rather than slightly larger, because the boots have no laces and I anticipate that the elastic side panels will stretch a bit over time. One small complaint... The left and right boots seem to have been made from two completely different pieces of leather. The leather in the left boot is very thick and durable, while the leather in the right boot is only about half as thick, showing creases, wear, and breaking in much earlier. Not a deal breaker, but a definitely weird!

Great all around boot. Short break-in. It is a good addition to a stable of classic shoes that won't go out of style and will still do the work. Best bet for fit is to try them on somewhere, then buy that size. I am glad I did so. I know some people have had trouble with the Euro size conversion. I figured out what I thought was right but ended up a half-size off, telling me the boot sizes are different but the cut of the boot is different as well.

Boots broke in quick and are great casual boots. Very comfortable, and light boot. Gotta have a pair!!

I love these boots. They're light and very comfortable. The leather doesn't seem quite as rich as the stout colored pair I had previously, but still a great product. These are versatile enough to be worn with almost anything almost anywhere.

Very comfortable boots. For being pretty minimal they are suprisingly comfortable. When I first put them on I was worried that they would take forever to break in but as said before it was a very short period. Fit true to size.

I absolutely love my Blunnies. They are some of the best work/travel/everything footwear that I own. I can bounce from the airport to the office to the pub to the trailhead with no problem. Comfortable for hours and hours on end. However, the soles wear really fast on these. Both of my boots have cracks in the sole and are missing "chunks" under the ball and toe of each foot. They are a dual-urethane sole, and it looks like the two-layers break free after a while. Other than that they are amazing! A note on sizing, Aus sizing is usually US Size MINUS one. So my 10.5D feet are at home in a 9.5G Aussie.

This is my 4th pair of Blundstone's. Got this pair in black to have a "nice" set to wear to work. Originally read about these in a National Geographic Adventure magazine and never looked back. Comftorable and durable and looks great with any outfit. As a frequent traveler I love being able to slip them off briskly for TSA searches. Only downside is long hikes they don't really work for. I would say anything over a 5-8 mile walk you need a little more support. However a quick day hike and you are good to go.

Bought these for work and they are supper Comfortable while standing on asphalt all day long. Light weight also.

Sizing is a bit off, I normally wear 10.5 but needed 11 in these

i have had a pair for years, now they are trashed and wanted to relegate those to work use only and get a new pair for casual wear. i was disappointed to find they are now made in thailand and appear to be of lower quality. they also felt like there was a lot more material over the top of the foot, making for a really sloshy fit. i had to send them back. now my only hope is to save up enough money to someday afford a pair of rm williams.

I have never had boots fit perfectly out of the box. The Blundstone appear to fit true to size I ordered a size 11 which is my normal size. The boots are not very warm would be the only down side.

I am wearing a pair of Blundstone #500 boots at the moment. In fact I wear these boots every day over winter.

These boots can do almost anything.

They are comfortable enough to run in - I have completed two road races wearing these boots.

They are stylish - I have worn these boots to the Ritz.

They are durable - I am on only my second pair in ten years.

They are waterproof - That's why I wear them every day in the snows of winter.

The only thing they are not ideal for is hiking. You can get better boots for that.

Keep the boot in good condition with Dubbin or beeswax.
