Black Diamond Superslacker Rope Bag - 1831 cu in
First off, the Super Slacker Rope Bag eliminates the coiling process forever. And as if that weren't enough, it also protects your rope from dirt and debris, and serves as a rope bucket on long climbs. The Super Slacker sports a zipper closure and padded shoulder straps for easy and comfortable transport to the next crag. Enough said.
Bottom Line: Super rope bag for the super slacker.

This bag is great and is designed to be carried over one shoulder like a messenger bag. It's dual tie-in points make it easy to identify the top and bottom of the bag so that you can flake the rope faster, and spend more time climbing. It's easy to pack-up too, and big enough to stuff draws, shoes, a harness, and over extras in the bag too. Nice piece for those climbers who want to get there and go!

this is so easy to use that you won't even mind having rope duty after climbing that all day multipitch climb. The trap is nice and big and doubles as a windblocker if you are stuck belaying and are freezing cold. I'm such a gaper when it comes to rope management but this bag makes it easy. two differently colored tabs so you can decide on which one is for hte bottom of the rope and which is for the top.

Don't understand all the positive reviews (they seem fishy to me). It's great if you're looking for an over-priced tarp to lay your rope on, but as a bag it's miserable. Buy the Metolius rope bag (no zippers, just a couple clasps and a drawstring) and you'll be happier.

This bad is a great bag. It is a weird long shape and would be nicer if it was a bit more compressed. It is comfortable to carry up the hill on your shoulder though. It opens up to a pretty big tarp. Bigger than my friends bags so less rope falls in the dirt. It is really easy to toss your rope in, put the ends in the loops, wrap it up and go!

I got so sick of carrying 2 bags for climbing, I just started to put everything in here with the rope. Has plenty of space to throw in 2 pairs of shoes, two harness, all the quickdraws, biners, and whatever. I have had mine for about 7 years and no complaints, tears, problems. Very easy to wash out the dirt, and the zipper is very solid.

This is great at keeping your rope clean and dry. In Utah we have a lot of sandy climbs, so it is important for safety and rope life that you take care of your rope. It also makes carrying a lot easier. Not to mention not having to coil. It took a little while to figure out how to efficiently wrap the rope up though.

This rope bag is a pretty simple design.
It's very light weight and hold the rope like a glove. The only thing I would change would enlarge the tarp.

Nice tarp and easily holds my 10.2 plus draws. The only flaw I have found is in the strap. If you are hiking any distance, the strap is not very comfortable and will work loose if you have a heavy load. You can tie of the loose ends of the strap, but this is a pain in the neck when you want to make adjustments. Overall it’s okay, but I was hoping for a better product from BD. The Metolius or newer pack-like bags are a better choice from what I have seen.

It's not the tiniest rope bag, but if you're spending a day at the sport crag it's great. Lots of surface area and it keeps the rope clean.

I love this bag. It has worked well and is fun to use. The only thing I wish it would do is cinch up tighter. But I love it.

This is a great bag! It makes going from climb to climb a breeze. It’s great for keeping your rope clean and off the ground. It takes no time to put the rope away. I have seen people spend over 20min tyring to get their rope into a stuff sack. The Superslacker takes less than 5min and you are on your way. The name says it all.

The bag is a little bulky. It would be better if it were not so long and compressed to a smaller shape.

The superslacker rope bag is great for a superslacker like myself. Keeps my new rope nice and clean with no kinky stuff.

My rope is nicer than your rope because I use my rope bag. The bag not only keeps my rope clean, but also tangle-free and ready to go on the next climb. Clever design makes using this bag easy and fun.

Great Bag! Built in tarp works great to protect your rope from the dirt and rocks. Nice padded shoulder strap makes carrying nicer.
