Atlas E10 Series Elektra Snowshoe - Women's

Atlas designed the Women's E10 Series Elektra Snowshoe for a gal's stride. These snowshoes provide floatation, traction, comfort, and natural foot articulation. The ergonomic bindings support your arch, cradle your foot, and are amazingly easy to get in and out of. Strategically integrated padding insulates your foot and increases your blood flow, keeping you warm and comfortable. Atlas' patented Spring-Loaded suspension returns energy with each step, maintains your natural ankle articulation, and eliminates heel rotation, so you use less energy and maintain a stable, secure stride over difficult terrain. Stainless-steel All-Trac toe and heel crampons and Traverse Trac side rails offer reliable traction over varied terrain.

Bottom Line: Why haul around huge, awkward snowshoes when you can float along on Atlas's E10 Series Elektra Snowshoes.

Great shoes

I got these by default when the ones I'd ordered were out of stock after 2 mis-shipments, but I think I'm happier with these than I would have been with the others. Can go anywhere in these and I have! Took these on a mid-winter hike in the White Mountains and had no problem. Only issue I've heard is that they fling snow on the back of your legs, but to me, you're probably wearing your winter gear anyway which should be waterproof/resistant. The shoes spring up which aides in ease of walking and the crampons are great on crusty snow and ice. No problems with snow build-up either. Feel very light on your feet.

LOVE THESE!

These snow shoes are fantastic. They are the best ones I have ever used and I have used a lot of different kinds. I do a ton of hiking in the snow, with my trusty snowboard on my back. these go up hill and downhill great, do well in hardpack and in powder. They never clank together when i am stepping, even when I am really tired and am walking like a dead person they still don't clank. they are very light weight and I never feel like I have snowshoes on. I wear these with my snowboard boots. They are so easy to take on and off and I have never once had them come off my foot like other snowshoes have. The snow does not get stuck and weigh these down. I really can not put into words how phenomenal these snowshoes really are. It is a total great package...from putting on, hiking around and taking off...amazingly great times!
