I recently bought one of their t-shirts, not this exact one but I would assume their all cut similarly. Anyways the size was right on. I wear a XL and I have no problems, perfect fit.

I really like the material Arcteryx used for the t-shirt, this is the 4th one for me, and I really like it. Only two problems: Sizing is off as all of Arcteryx casual wear. i wear size L t-shirts (hanes or whatever, heavy weight ones yaknow) but I ended up with medium this time. My bud bought same shirt, and he said his shirt ran small, so he bought size up. So if you are not sure, buy two sizes. Also, my shirt had the logo way high and left on the chest, seemed they misprinted or something. oh well.
