Arc'teryx Stingray Pant - Women's - 2006
A pair of Women's Arc'teryx Stingray Pants is a great way to stay comfortable while in long tramlines or waiting for your buddies to drop in. The latest in Gore-Tex technology, Soft Shell Low Loft, is smooth and durable weather-proofing for mountain travelers of all persuasions. Whether you make your turns from the top of a high-speed quad or take a helicopter to a remote ridgeline, the Stingray Pant ensures that your bottom half stays warm and dry. The water-proof guarantee of Gore-Tex and the additional wind-blocking and heat retention of softshell construction team up to protect your posterior from chilly chairlifts and deep snow. With a wider leg than any other Arc'teryx pant, the Stingray will appeal to slope-side adventurers that demand freedom of movement and technical superiority out of all of their gear. Arc'teryx fills the Stingray Pant with their signature features like WaterTight zippers and laminated construction. Long side-vents let you dump heat on sunny spring days or while hiking back to hit that powder field just one more time. *Available for US shipment only.
Bottom Line: Keep technology on your side with the Arc'teryx Stingray Pants.

Almost perfect.

Super lightweight, comfortable, and thoroughly functional in all areas. They feel and look like a casual pair of slacks (yes, flattering ones). The only downside is a lack of articulation in the knees which could slightly restrict extreme range of movement for tele skiing or hiking backcountry.
Not that great for the price

I was trying to find a ski pant that was functional and looked good. I'm 5ft 7, size 2, and ordered the small but found the pants to be too short in the leg and definitely NOT flattering! Still seeking good looking pants to ski in!
Fabulous fit

Arc'Teryx makes bomber gear, and these pants are no exception: Somehow they manage to breathe on warm days and aerobic uphills, yet they also foil cold and wind when temps plummet. But what really sold me was the fit. These pants feel custom-made, with no sloppy gapping at the waist. It's a trim, low-bulk cut that allows for all the freedom of movement I could ask for. I'm thrilled!
Great for Spring Skiing!

This was my first experience with high tech lightweight and softshell garment. The Stingrays have been absolutely super for spring skiing. They're warm enough and waterproof enough for anything we encounter late in the season here in the Northern Rockies. I immediately bought a softshell jacket to go with them!
