Hey Freaks, Listen up! I started Kayaking about 12 yrs. ago living in Florida at the time, and I have many interesting stories just only kayaking on the St. John river and infested Alligator canals. However, this review is about a Aqua-Bound Carbon Shaft MantaRay paddle. And it's unbelievable light weight compared to what I am accustomed to which is a (one piece I guess polyurethane shaft) that came with my Perception Aquaterra Kayak. Man! I can't wait to try her out. Hell, I am going Kayaking tomorrow/Saturday. Have A Good One! Johnny

I had ordered a aquabound mantaray fiberglass shaft i piece....

I had ordered a aquabound mantaray fiberglass shaft i piece. Inwhich I am accustomed too (a one piece), but today when I received my package it wasn't what I had ordered, and they sent me a tow piece carbon hybrid shaft. My question is these type of paddle going to be as strong and flexible as the one piece that I am custom too?
