Hi, I am interested in getting some cross country/back country...

Hi, I am interested in getting some cross country/back country skis.Thinking of the Alpina Vantage I will do some light touring with them but will go occasionally to the backcountry ..slight hills and breaking trails with a pack. Would these be a good choice for both. Also what kind of bindings would I purcahse with these? And one more question...I am 5'4" and weigh 125 ...what size ski would you recommend? I think tahts it...thanks in advance! Leigh
