Excellent shorts

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have 2 pairs of these and love nearly everything about them. Length, fit,zip pocket, rise, material all great. My only slight reservation is the finish on the welded hem, which thick-ish and might (?) chafe on long runs (I have only worn for up to 10 miles and it?s been fine, so). Also LOVE the equivalent skort. For reference, I got a small and a medium and prefer the fit of the small. I usually wear a 6 in shorts and I have hips.

nice weight, weird cut

I really wanted to love these shorts since the weight and the were great, but its not cut for having thigh muscles. So if you have skinny thighs, they make great shorts but any reasonable quad muscle rules these out.

    Wear for days

These are one of my favorite shorts for this summer. They have nice stretch to them, super easy and comfortable to run in. They have built a built in brief that is not annoying like a lot of others I have tried. I have the Fusion Coral/ Charcoal color and they make my pasty legs look more tan so that is always a plus! The fit true to size.

      oddly cut

I'm 5'7, 140 lbs, athletic, got these in the medium (the same size I wear the Lucent knickers in). The waist was big, like, actually baggy (this is the same material as in the Lucent knickers). In addition, the middle seam of the front leg panels wasn't sewn taut, leaving small billows on each side. Finally, the material for the legs isn't stretchy at all, and there's no stretch panel, so even though they were loose up top (where it is stretchy), the legs pulled at my thighs when I moved in them.

The fit was just too weird. Back they went.
