Perfect Sock!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

The thickness of this sock is perfect. The bottom is slightly padded for comfort. Have used these for hiking and running and both had excelled my expectations breathes great and wicks away moisture to keep the feet dry. Washed them several times and have held up great in the washer and dryer. I'm a true size 9 and the M/L fit perfect.

How do these perform as running socks?

How do these perform as running socks?

Hey Chris,
I bought several pair of these a while back just for running. I think they are great and they are holding up well. I abuse them pretty bad. Stoic also makes a Merino trail crew that is slightly heavier, but I like the synth better. It's not a "cushy" sock, but for me that's fine.

yes.

You can't beat these socks for the price. They keep my feet dry without overheating. A little stiff at first, but they get softer after the first wear.

Good hiking socks

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Good quality hiking sock. The material is very breathable does a good job controlling moisture.

Favorite socks

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I love these. Nice fit so they aren't lose on your feet. The breath really well yet keep your feet warm when the temps drop. I wear them casually, hiking, and they even make my snowboard boots more comfortable (under a long pair of socks)

Hole.

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

Socks are good so far, except that I got a hole in the top at the edge of a seam after only a month of having them.

L and R are hard to find!

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size

I gave these as a gift to my Aunt who runs for Christmas. She also happens to love socks...which is a wonderful coincidence! She told me she loved the left and right foot specifics. Said they were hard to find where she is but they are the best kind!

My Go-To Hiking sock!

  • Fit: True to size

These socks are the sh*t! I wear these during spring to fall hiking. They have excellent cushioning in all the right spots & breath perfectly. They hold up really well also. Not one complaint...

Believe the reviews

I have been looking for a decent pair of reasonably priced socks since the quality of ex-favorite sock declined. Tried these out based on the reviews and have come back to order more. These really hold up well to running and hiking. They are fairly thin but provide more padding than expected and their breathability is noticeably good. Super comfortable. If find the L/R fitting a bit unnecessary as no matter what foot I put the sock on it feels great. The labeling on the sizing is kind of odd in that they come in S/M, M/L, L/XL. I always take a L in socks (11.5 shoe size) and in this brand the M/L is good but right on the borderline. HIGHLY recommended!

Great sock

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

Love these socks. While they are synthetic they are a great value for the money. Actually just a tad bit thicker than I anticipated but that's a positive rather than a negative. Love the L/R fitting and very airy and comfortable. I have 6 pair of these great socks.

Decent for trail running

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I purchased these for trail running but have used them mostly for biking. They are a good amount thinner that the Merino version, and offer less padding. Great socks for a great price though.

Sweet socks for the sale price

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Great socks, comfortable and they wick moisture well. They are thin, which makes them super comfortable in a tighter fitting bike or paddling shoe.

Perfectly balanced!

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I ordered two pair and ended up coming back later and ordering the 3 pack because the individual pack was sold out. I love these socks! They are wicking socks all over and have padding in all the right places: around and under the heel, on the arch of the foot and on the bottom of the toes and the ball of the foot. Perfect if you're hiking or just going to be on your feet all day. I hope to add more to my sock drawer!

Amazing Durability

I have been using these socks for a year on all my hiking and biking trips. This past weekend, I took them to Moab while biking The Whole Enchilada. The very beginning of Porcupine Rim, both of my clipless shoes completely blew out. I biked and walked the remaining 12 miles in just my socks. For 45 minutes of this 3 hour ordeal, it rained. I finally got to the road and the socks looked like they had been in shoes the entire time. Absolutely amazing. If this couldn't destroy these socks, nothing will.

For nylon, great sock

Keeps my feet dry, good construction. For really hot temps I did notice a little moisture slipping around, but they did hold better than cotton. I would recommend the merino wool socks, those are better for the price.
