Runs a little large

I got the S/M size and it was more like a M/L size. I have bought a lot of Stoic products including my ski pants and have loved everything beside the hat. Stoic makes great stuff and it's priced really well. I highly recommend the Stoic brand, this hat just didn't fit my small head!

Awesome Idea, Failed Fitting - looks like a Fox hunting hat with a bill.

Awesome material, awesome idea, actually is wind proof and shields water, but I got the S/M size and it barely is small enough... the real problem lies in the fact that it looks like it is about 4 inches above the top of my head and looks absolutely retarded to wear like a normal hat... unless you are a cone head, it will look stupid... maybe the L/XL would be cool, but it looks like they took the L/XL template and made the circumference smaller for the S/M size... looks like one of those Fox Hunting hats with a bill...great idea, failed fitting...

Not what i was expecting...

I wear a lot of hats, probably own at least 30+. So I'm very familiar with Flex Fit. This hat wasn't a good S/M size. It ran large, so large I could tuck my ears in! So I wasn't happy about that. Plus the front of the hat doesn't have that nice crisp curve a new hat should have. The seams stick out & it reminds me when I used to wear my dads hats around the house as a kid. But I do like the concept for a good winter hat, just needs some altering.

I got a large, fits a little odd though. So I have ended up wearing it more like a beanie with a brim, backwards and over the ears. As a normal ball cap it just doesn't work, but love wearing it the way I do!

Hey #4,
This hat fit larger on me than the flex fit hats did. It seemed to come down lower, towards my ears, and was overall just a little bulkier. Really great material though and they're comfortable.
Hope that helps.

This hat is awkwardly tall but a very nice looking and oddly warm flat brim.

Not impressed

I wanted this hat to work. I really liked the style.

Unfortunately, it was WAY too big. I have a big head so I ordered the L/XL. The band fit around my head perfectly, but the bucket is WAY too deep. If I wore this hat normally, there was 1-2 inches of air between the top of my head and the hat... if I pulled it down snug, My ears got in the way and I had to tuck them in...

Sadly, it was returned.
