Description

Roll up the sleeves and get to work playing hard.

Retire your short-sleeve shirt and reach for the Stoic Men's Roam Shirt when the colder temps of the shoulder season roll in. With an easy-going cut and a fool-the-boss, collared style, the Roam shirt keeps you outfitted from the mountains to the meeting room. Don't kid yourself, we're not fond of meetings either, but sometimes you have to play the part so you can play hard outside of work. And even if you've managed to avoid meetings up to this point in your life, you still want to look put together when you head down to the local watering hole, and unfortunately your beat-up river hoody isn't going to cut it.
  • Durable Thrive material fends off the bumps and bruises of life lived in the wild
  • Spandex gives the Thrive material a small amount of stretch for comfort when you're on the move
  • Fully synthetic construction dries quickly after light spring showers and breathes easy in the heat of summer
  • Zippered chest pocket gives you a place to store your small stuff like mints, some spare cash, toothpicks or that lucky rock you pulled from the river

For the price this is a pretty nice shirt. It has a little bit of stretch to it so it is pretty easy to move in and did not bunch up when I was using a small day pack. It also looks decent enough that you can wear out to a bar or restaurant and not look as if you just came off of a hike.

Great material. You can never go wrong with spandex in your clothes. Does run slim/short like most Stoic gear. I got the XL and could probably pull off a XXL and you won't know it. But for outdoor use I prefer to be less loose and baggy. Perfect for anything you want to do in the spring-fall

I tried this shirt hiking and kayaking and it is a great fit that feels like you are wearing a tank top when it comes to the ease of handling a paddle, and the material is forgiving of any random waves that splash on it. Also the material is very comfortable and breathes quite well. I appear to be the exception to the rule as I found the sleeves to be a good length on the large as I am 6 foot, and tend to need a little extra sleeve length to be comfortable. Wish I had bought more than one, and will certainly be keeping an eye out for any sales in future.

I totally agree with everyone else! I own a few of the short sleeve versions and hoped the long sleeve would be just as good. The fit is a little boxier and the sleeves are just a tad too long.

I love this shirt, but, the sleeves are too long. I typically wear a 15.5" Neck, 32/33 sleeve, tailored fit so, I figured the medium would work. It fits great everywhere except the sleeves are about 2-2.5" long. I have to roll them and fortunately, there's a snap that allows you to do so.

I love the short sleeve version of this shirt. The long sleeve is great too but it fits just a little bit differently than the short sleeve version. Sleeves are a tad long and it is somewhat more loose fit. The material is super comfortable and I love the stretch.

Huge fan of this shirt for running errands and running around the office or the desert.

Material allows for enough airflow so you stay cool on hot days, but when a chilly breeze blows by the campfire in you aren't left freezing. Stretchy fabric feels nice and durable, and resists wrinkling so you can pack this shirt into your luggage like a slob, and pull it out later and it won't look sloppy. Collar stands up to abuse and still stands up, which is tough detail to find with some of these synthetic crossover shirt.

Snaps aren't usually my first choice, but they really work for this shirt both functionally and in terms of style. Generally I wear a large in most shirts, but the medium fits my medium build, 5'11 165lbs frame just fine.

Good chance that I'll end up living in either the Red Rock or Charcoal colorways all summer.
