Benefits of a natural material, sheep have a good thing goin'.
My core temperature has a difficult time regulating, either hot or cold - these thin merino wool shirts interestingly keep the heat in or let the heat out if needed.
Great all-purpose shirt

I love these shirts. The best feature for me is the slightly longer sleeve length. It is so hard to find short-sleeved women's shirts that aren't super short. These are also soft and warm. I layer them with my other Stoic shirts or wear them solo in warm weather. Lastly, they remain stink-free after days of use.
Great value

5'3, 130 pounds, short torso, broad shoulders, ordered a size small (dark jade). I really like this top, especially the fact that it's a longer fitting torso (although I have a short torso, so it just might be me) and I love the longer sleeves. The cap sleeves on a lot of womens shirts chafe me, but these are great. I've only worn it climbing indoors so far, but it's held up great and doesn't smell. I also appreciate the fact that the designs on the side panels aren't typical "girly" designs.
Great performance, no style

Love the fabric, color, and print (I have the bright blue with the orange). It was a bit stiff and itchy until it'd been worn a bunch and washed a few times. I wore it for almost two weeks straight (sleeping too) while traveling in a van around NZ. Didn't get stinky and looked great every day. I've worn it to yoga. It was a bit warm at first, but once it got nice and sweaty, it cooled down. FANTASTIC for running and hiking, rain or shine. I tend to sweat a lot and then get really chilled as soon as I stop, not so with this thing, it's seriously a miracle. Works just as well as a baselayer or a midlayer. Spilled all over it while cooking, didn't wash it for a while, and not a stain to be seen. Merino is probably the best thing ever; I don't think I'll ever buy anything else.
My only complaint is that the neck is really high-cut. It makes it look very un-feminine. I would never wear it "casually." On that note, while using it as intended, it does keep your chest nice and warm. I do like the longish sleeves and long/slim cut - works great when layering. I'm normally a Small or Medium; Medium fits perfect.
Good shirt for a cool day.

I bought this shirt for running, and it is great if the temp is below 60 or so. I thought I could replace my technical shirts with merino wool (I'm sick of the smells), but this shirt is way too warm if the weather is hot. I am 5'4'' and 110 pounds and the XS fits well. It is pretty tight and a little long, though, so some people may not feel comfortable wearing it without a layer on top. Or should go a size up.
Like my Stoic shirt

I liked this shirt a lot. It is cut long enough to fit as I am longwaisted. It is great for layering but nice looking enough to wear alone. It launders well. I got a medium although I sometimes prefer small as I have a narrow chest and shoulders. I think the fit is perfect for me. I may buy another one soon.

Nice, soft, lightweight shirt. I am sensitive to wool, but no problems here. Breathes well, beautiful color (azure). 5'7", 130, 32D...bought a medium, kind of baggy under my arms. Should have bought a small, so I would say fits TTS. Best feature? Longer in back, covers my bike shorts like a champ. Ready to try it out as a light base layer for playing in the snow. Sweet shirt.
OK..a bit thin.

- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
I liked this shirt ok..but it's a bit see through (the lighter colors) and very fitted which is fine. It felt a bit scratchy at first and wasn't 100% happy with the fit and feel, so I returned it. But for the price and that it is merino wool, it's not bad.
Is it 100% merino wool?

I ordered an XL of this shirt in the red (Grenadine?) to use as a hiking and all around activity shirt. I wanted it a little bigger so that it fit more like a regular shirt and not a base layer. I have a similar one in black that is a large and it is a great base layer, but tighter than I am comfortable with for around town. Generally, I am a medium in shirts - but have found that with most of the wool shirts I have to size up one or two times to get something that is a bit looser. The XL was the right size, but the red was see through, so I would have had to wear something under it. It would have been a great base layer, but that wasn't what I was looking for.
The wife likes it

I bought the shirt for my wife. She is petite and the xs small fits her well. It is her first merino shirt and she likes how it feels and the pumice/azure color.

Ladies, as far as merino shirts go, you can't go wrong with this especially for the price. Great quality and great fit. I am 5'8 140lbs and a M fits perfectly; like a normal v-neck t, without being super skin tight. Usually a regular deal breaker for me when i buy shirts is the length because i have a long torso but this shirt is perfect! I wear it on its own or as a base. A L would have done the trick too, just with a little more room.
Nice shirt

I bought a few of these shirts, different styles all the purple ones because they were on sale, they are long and the side piece is sheer, and they hug your body but feel good. I hiked in them and fell in love, I am 5'7 135 and prefer the large, it's still body hugging, better as an under shirt if you don't want it showing off every bump and curve on your body. Super soft and wash up nice, dry fast on the line.

Bought this for the wifey. She loves the fit and obviously the material. Great for hiking/camping and lounging. She's a buck fifteen and 5'4", we got the small. Not too small, but not big so it does not look awful on her.
Love it

This is a great shirt for running, hiking, and backpacking. I love the fit. The v neck is much more comfortable than other merino wool brands. Doesn't choke! Length is longer and that is a plus too.
versatile and awesome

i own this awesome base layer in three different colors because i love it that much. so soft, light, and comfortable. probably one of the most versatile pieces of clothing i own. works great for bike commuting, backpacking, casual wear, travel, you name it! fit is athletic and, like most stoic stuff, runs small compared to marmot and northface. but if you size accordingly (one size up if you want loose, true to size if you want very fitted) you're fine. worth the cost of retail but i've gotten several of them on sale which is an added bonus.
Great for tall people!

I am 5' 11' and have a pretty long waist. I love the way it fits. It is long enough that I feel comfortable. I go running and hiking in it. It has a lightweight feel to it and dries quickly. It is a little on the warmer side though. But I like that.

I am 5'3ish and 100 pounds, the size XS fits great! Like other stoic clothing, the shirt is a little on the long side, but I love that! Super lightweight and very comfortable. Drys quickly! I have worn this shirt climbing/hiking, can't wait to wear it out on more adventures!
My wife loves this shirt for running

My wife is on the tall side so she loves the longer waste of the stoic. She runs in it and wears it around. Loves it. It's a light merino wool. What is not to like. My wife is about 5'10 150 and loves the fit of the L
