Your cotton tee isn't going to cut it on a long backpacking trip or chilly trail run. That's when it's time to reach for the quick-drying and comfortable Stoic Men's Long-Sleeve Breathe 150 T-Shirt. This is a technical baselayer that you can wear winter through summer and for anything that gets you moving fast and working up a sweat in the mountains.

  • 3D Ergonomic fit keeps this next-to-skin layer close to your body so midlayers slide on over it easily and so you stay warm
  • Breathe fabric is highly durable, it dries quickly, and it encourages more rapid moisture transport from your skin to the surface of the fabric
  • Backcountry.com is the exclusive US distributor for Stoic products

I hardly buy clothes online because I'm worried Id have to return them. But not with this brand. Stoic makes some good clothing. I bought the dark forest green shirt, I use it every time I go hiking or running (any time of the day). It breathes very well and I havent had a compliant about it smelling bad after hikes/runs. Id wear it a couple times before washing.
One compliant..Have it stay away from Velcro. Its started to fray for me.
Overall good product! I bought this through steapandcheap on sale. I dont mind paying full price for another 2.

Dont let the picture below steer you from not buying this product.
(a little flame will fix the fray)

Great Product!!

The first time I wore this base layer was while alpine skiing and I wore nothing under it. I will never make that mistake again. Let's just say by lunch both of my nipples were on FIRE! Something about this fabric is abrasive. I had to go to the car and swap out for another, as the pain was unbearable. Since then I've worn something underneath it and haven't had any problems. Very warm and feels soft everywhere else. Would recommend, just not as a first layer over the chest. I'm 5'9" 165lbs and a Medium fit great.

Soft, comfortable, light, breathes well, this has everything you want in a base layer. I also like that it is fairly long in the torso. Large fits me well at 6', 200lbs.

This is a great shirt for layering while on the trail. It's light weight and stores away small.

Great shell over or under the Merino long sleeve shirt or good by itself when it's not super cold out. Keeps the wind out.I've bought a few of these and plan on buying more!
