Description

Straight outta Squampton.

The Stepchild FTW Snowboard was designed in Squamish, British Columbia, where the gnarly, pow-filled gullies and steep local terrain shaped this board into an all-mountain freestyle monster. This true twin snowboard has a mellow rocker profile for catch-free grinding and unbelievable float through powder. The board's graphics take a creative spin on a classic gangsta rap album for those old enough to remember the glory days of early '90s rap music.

Loaded with Stepchild's top-shelf Bamboo Kicker core, full tip-to-tail poplar is combined with beech rails and bamboo stringers for unbelievable strength, spring-loaded pop, and added stability on high speed turns. Coupled with a quadrax fiberglass layup, this board exhibits a highly responsive feel that absorbs choppy terrain, provides unmatched response, and delivers long-lasting flex that won't loosen to a limp noodle come season's end. Armadillo plates reinforce breakage-prone binding zones for bombproof durability when slamming onto rails and stomping steep cliff drops. A Structurn SnagFree base uses a unique dimpled design to reduce friction on wet, spring snow and fresh powder alike. Less friction equals more speed for hitting jumps, floating through powder, and dorking around the mountain as if it were one giant terrain park.
