    Flexing is for muscles.

For the rider who demands bombproof build quality and affordability, the SRAM Red Outer Chainring features a 7075-T6 alloy composition that's strain hardened for the ultimate in long-lasting, flex-free performance. Light and durable!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have had several SRAM Red chain rings over the years and have not had any real issues. They last well and are very light. There are other options available (such as Praxis) at a higher cost, but the shifting quality is comparable.

    Unanswered Question

will this work with SRAM red first generation(2010 model year) 110bcd compact crank set 50 teeth with SRAM Red crank/5 arm spider? Also, would the FSA Super Road 50 110bcd work as well?

Can I switch my standard crank chain rings of 53/39 with 52/36

    without buying the compact cranks.
