Does this Jacket have a liner and or is it like a basic shell?

Does this Jacket have a liner and or is it like a basic shell? Is it for extreme cold or more like a light fleece jacket

This jacket is just a shell. With its 20,000 mm waterproof rating, you can use it for any type of weather nature throws at you, you just will have to layer appropriately.

i.e. If it's SUPER cold out, wear a really thick middle layer (I use my Mountain Hardwear Monkeyman 1/4 zip) and if it's warm maybe just a long sleeve shirt of a light sweater
