Pull on theSpyder Men's Venom Chute Pant and gear up for extreme lines and deep powder. Stay dry as you tackle steep lines and gnarly chutes thanks to the XL.T membrane, Spylon+ water-repellent finish, fully-taped seams, and waterproof zippers. The inner snow cuffs with gripper elastic and cuff anchors defend against snow, while the zippered thigh vents open up for serious ventilation after laps in the back bowls. The key holder clasp prevents you from losing your keys ever again and the abrasion-resistant cuffs not only look good, they protect you from gouging your boots and shredding your pant legs to bits.

Bottom Line: The Spyder Men's Venom Chute Pant is ready to take any line, in any weather.

Spyder Venom Chute Pants

Nice pants over all, but WAY too warm for me. They have a full length brushed fleece liner that would cook you on any thing other than an unexpected night out. Definitely not good for backcountry hikes. Good quality and average fit.

GREAT FOR THE BACKCOUNTRY

By: Backcountry.com Employee

Plenty of room for flexibility, lots of pockets, nice fly zipper to drain the snake, belt loops and dual Velcro-brand fastener waist tightener system, waterproof breathable fabric (Toray Entrant-Dermizax EV), a little lift ticket attachment thingy, two button snaps to keep em on, slightly flared at cuffs to go over the boot easy, gaiters keep the snow out, and a nice fit overall. I am 5' 11" and 200 lbs (34 waist in Levi's), size large fits great. The inner thigh vents go from the knee to the crotch, while not as good as full side zips these work fine as you climb. Lifetime warranty makes this purchase a no-brainer. Spyder is going after the backcountry skier in style. I like these pants.

They work, so why not?

By:

Streamlined, dry, functional pockets and a relaxed, stylish cut. They match my jacket so...............of course I bought them. I don't think they have done anything that hasn't been done before, but they are very nice and have all the right features. Thumbs up.
