I usually wear a size Large shirt, XL hoody and jacket. In this Spyder base layer I wear a Medium. Perfect performance fit.

I wear this layer under a thin shell on most days. I'll wear another layer if it's cold out, or just rock this layer with a puffy. And you can drink beer in it.
