Unless Spyder has significantly changed the sizing from last season, someone with a 38" chest and 31" waist should get a Medium, not a large and no way a XL. I have a 41 in chest and the large is even a bit big on me.

I returned this item without wearing it. The polyester is very scratchy and rough. I overlooked the gusseted zipper collar part...don't like it. I have a pair of Spyder gloves and insulated pants and love them. The sizes also run a little big.
What's it made out of? Does it has elatic cuffs on sleeves?

It's made of polyester, is does have elastic on the cuffs, and it's warm for a long-sleeve t-shirt, but it's still just a long-sleeve T.
