Bomb those big mountains with unrestricted mobility.

Waterproof protection and warm insulation are two things you'd expect out of a ski jacket worthy of your prowess, so Spyder gave its Men's Esper Jacket both of these so you can drop down deep and bomb those big mountains faster than you can say Matterhorn. The Xt.L laminate offers optimal waterproof qualities, and fully taped seams only increases your chances of staying dry while you carve across those powder-packed peaks; 60g 3M Thinsulate offers lightweight, low-bulk warmth. Its stretchy shell gives the mobility you need to carve corduroy comfortably, and Spyder added its proprietary Spylon DWR+ coating for durability and additional wet weather protection.

The Esper also features underarm vents to release some excess steam when you work up a sweat at the resort. Its powder skirt snaps back when snow isn't an issue. You can either slide the hood across your helmet or cinch it tightly over your head on windy chairlift rides, and you can remove it when there's nothing but a sunny sky overhead. Waterproof zippers over the chest and hand pockets offer better protection than most jackets have. You can adjust both the cuffs and hem to retain all that wonderful warmth, and smooth chamois wipes the crud off your goggles without a scratch.
