Keep you warm

These gloves are great if you stay off the ground or if its not snowing. They do not stay very dry though

Maybe try one of Gore's gloves that have actual Goretex and or Windstopper fabric. I found the ALP-X pretty good. There may be warmer gloves, but Gore's ALP-X gloves pretty much have the above issues covered, at least that's been my experience. And a great fit/gel padding. For a warmer glove yet, a "lobster claw" style is even better; but again, depending on material used.
