This is a very nice jacket from Spyder, it has a trim fit, perfect for a layer when skiing, and it's very stylish, and if you're not into the super baggy fit, this looks and wears great as a light city winter jacket. Enjoy the powder utilizing it. Drink beer afterwards in it.
