Perfect camp and water shoe for hiking

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

I bought these shoes for myself and a friend. Perfect for crossing streams on the AT or resting our feet after a long day on the trail. Leave the Crocs at home.

Would these be similar to a minimalist shoe? Is it suitable for some hiking on top of water sports? I'm looking for an alternative to the five fingers.

Good Shoe

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit:True to size

Low profile tread makes them good in the boat and in the water...muddy banks are a little tough.

Drain well and are very comfortable.

What Widths does this Shoe come in?

I wear size 9-1/2 in 3E or 4E. Please advise.

Hey Richard,

Unfortunately these don't come in E widths either. We don't carry too many wide-specific shoes, except for a couple of models in hiking boots, I do apologize!

Comfortable, Breathable, Get Um Wet!

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

Took these out kayaking the other day for a casual paddle and stroll along the CT River shoreline and they held up to the task on hand. They don't slide around or want to come off when you step into a muddy spot. They don't overheat your feet because they're very well vented. They even dry out pretty quick after soaking them in the water then walking around. Not like the old Teva that would just make funny sounds when you walk around. Tempted to wear these to Six Flags water park, but I can't come to wearing shoes in a water park...looks too funny I think haha. Either way, great shoe, fits pretty true to size considering I have a wider foot, but the other reviewers may be right that they run a tad big.

Great shoe but runs a half size big

Very comfortable but I wear a size 12 in every pair of shoes I own and these were at least a half size big. I ordered an 11.5 and love them

    great all around watershoe

    • Gender:Male
    • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

rugged enough for allday use, but low profile enough to feel stuff. great drainage, and really good fit. maybe fits a tad big so size down not up if your in between. durable so far!
