My feet have almost no arch and I have constant foot pain. These insoles have totally eliminated my pain. It has also relieved the pain in the heels of my husband's feet. Try a pair, you'll be hooked.

I buy these insoles for my basketball-loving college athlete. He won't settle for any but these. I have to keep a pair "on deck" for him to wear at home, too.

Write your question here...Do these change the size, or fit, of the shoe? I tried another brand in a pair of Salomon XRD Pros and they are too tight now, uncomfortable.

Bill these type of insoles always change the fit. The insoles you fing in shoes out of the box are very often thin and composed of one or two type of foam/eva, depending of the quality of the sole. Sometimes, brands are making savings on this ingredient, which is a bad move because the insole can be a no deal topic. Coming back to the fit, it can reduce sometimes the inner volume of the shoe from a quarter to q half size, mainly for people who have a wide foot or a high arch. Doesn't impact too much the length.

I put them in my cleats before a tournament and they did not provide any cushioning for my forefoot. After the tournament the tendons at the front of my foot were bruised and very sore. I do not recommend using them for high impact activities like running. I would classify these more for support in hiking boots or something like that.

I have a pair of these in my La Sportiva's and love them. Never any problems with impact while running on Xtremely rocky trails.
