Why We Like The Purist Backcountry Water Bottle

We can't say we're not biased when it comes to the Purist Backcountry Water Bottle. The 22-ounce bottle itself is called the Purist, and it's USA-made using a low-density polymer that makes it freezer-friendly and enhances grip. The interior of the bottle, after being molded, gets a 5-nanometer-thick application of silicon dioxide, an inert compound that not only prevents plastic from slowly leeching into the bottle over time, even after washes, but also eliminates that funky water bottle taste we all dread. It's like a pure glass cup in the form of a rough-and-tumble water bottle that happens to look great with The Goat on it, too.

Love the print!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

This water bottle works perfect, I love using them with my Backcountry Hip Pack when I am mountain biking and hiking. The Goat Logo with the topographical lines behind it looks so good. For those wondering, I had no difficulty removing the stickers from the base of the bottle.

How do I get this sticker off?

2 Stars for putting a large sticky pricetag on it... that doesn't peel off. Little by little I got the paper off but what about the glue left behind? Normal dish soap had seemingly no effect. Otherwise a nice 22oz purist with nice colors. But that sticker.

Don't buy this bottle

They put a fat sticker right on the bottle and it's impossible to get off. Last time I order anything from this company. They clearly don't get cycling.
