The Sole Softec Insulated Ultra Footbed is Sole's thickest Softec footbed and, as such, it provides the most support and warmth for skiing, hiking, or working in cold conditions. Sole crammed this footbed with 400g 3M Thinsulate that has a great warmth-to-weight ratio so your foot remains nice and toasty, and then it added Softec's thickest cushioning layer (3.2mm). Open-cell Softec cushioning provides equalized pressure distribution that reduces plantar fascia strain, and the EVA mid molds to your foot for a customized fit that increases balance and overall feel while you're skiing or mountaineering. The polyester top sheet wicks moisture so your sock doesn't feel slippery.
