Skip the long lift lines, pack all of your avy gear into the Snowpulse Guide 30 Backpack, check the avy report, and head out into the backcountry. In the event of a slide, this pack's built-in LifeBag Inflation 2.0 System helps to keep your body on top of debris and protect your head from potential hazards. Designed for mountain professionals and those who want to be safe while getting after it, the Guide 30 also features plenty of space to stash all of the necessary equipment for a fun day sans the chairlift.
- In the event of a slide, LifeBag Inflation 2.0 System inflates with the pull of a handle and increases your chances of recovery and survival by helping keep your body towards the top of the moving avalanche debris
- Airbag system also helps cushion and stabilize your head and neck areas during a slide, and, after deflating, can reveal a pocket of air to buy you and your rescue team precious time
- Refillable LifeBag air cylinder (included with pack) has an operating pressure of 3000 PSI
- Heads up: cylinder is only compatible with Snowpulse LifeBag systems, not the newer Snowpulse RAS system
- The pack's super-strong fabric, Hypalon reinforcements, and aluminum hardware deliver the kind of durability that you can count on for endless freeride sessions
- Large main compartment lets you organize your avy rescue gear to keep it easily accessible
- Concealable ski and snowboard straps and diagonal retractable ski holder straps lend convenience
- Hydration sleeve and port makes staying hydrated easy and comfortable when you ski, ride, tour, or snowmobile
- Retractable axe holder cable comes in super-handy when an ice axe and crampons are necessary to access a technical route
- Concealable helmet holder, side ski holders, new handle, and adjustable pectoral strap lend convenience
- Multiple external and internal pockets store your shades, camera, sunscreen, and other small essentials
- As always, avalanche-safety gear is not meant to take the place of knowledge and experience, so don't be dumb, get trained, travel in groups, practice with your equipment, and avoid putting yourself and others in sketchy situations
Bottom Line: The Guide 30 has your best snow safety interests at hand.
