Despite what you may have heard, it really takes no expertise to wear the Smith Talent Sunglasses. But don't go spreading that around. Just rock the handmade acetate frames and 10 x 4 toric lenses and act like you earned them. Smith's Tapered Lens Technology gives your eyeballs a non-distorted, crystal clear view of your surroundings.

Bottom Line: No one's sure what your talent is—but it doesn't matter when you wear these shades.

Perfect

I have been wanting another pair of Smith sunglasses. I needed full coverage, the ones I had are good for running and cycling, but I needed ones that I could wear all day long and forget they are on. I am a PE teacher plus a XC and track coach. I am outside for long hours each day and needed glasses that weren't too glamorous, but bigger then my Smith toasters. The Talent is perfect. And I found the cheapest price at backcountry.com. They delivered for free and I had my glasses the next week.

I have these frames in black and adore them. Now I would like a brown set of frames. I will probably just buy the Talents in brown. But I wanted to know if there is a comparable Smith frame that you can recommend?

I have had these for years, they are fun and sassy just like the Talent. Great coverage too.

My favorite by far!

I really love these glasses. I think Smith's are the most comfortable out there. They fit just snug, but don't squeeze my head which I've found with other brands. My other favorites are the Toasters which I wear for cycling, running, etc. but these are fun and stylish with a little more coverage - and just as comfortable!

Although they don't fit me specifically I've had a few friends really fall in love with these for everything from cruising the city to full on super-alpine glacier adventures!
