The Smith Slider 01 Polarized sunglasses provide crystal clear vision & maximum protection in sunny realms. Anytime you have a flat surface reflecting sunrays (e.g., snow, water, your windshield, even sand and pavement), a polarized lens is what you want protecting your eyes. The Slider 01 sunglasses are Smith's most popular Slider and hug the curves of your face, giving a slight wrap-around look to minimize the effects of wind, snow, and glare. The lenses pictured also come with the Slider 01, but are not polarized. Smith sunglasses offer 100% protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays. The gray lens included with the Black frame and the brown lens included with the Tortoise frame are polarized. Also included with both frames are a copper rose, yellow, and clear lens.
Bottom Line: Slip Slidin' away in polarized style.

My husband loves these glasses. No others will do. The vision they provide in all conditions is remarkable, and the frames are durable and lightweight. No discomfort, ever. Why have these been discontinued? They are the best Smiths sunglasses. I have been searching the net everywhere to find more, as they are so hard to get now. If there is a lifetime warranty, surely they have more frames available?? bring them back, Smiths! Please.

What awesome sunglasses, you can interchange the lenses for every lighting situation. I had a pair of Oakleys and they snapped real quick. These feel sturdy and well made. They are on my head the whole day, and can take a lot of beating. The lenses are hard to scratch, and interchanging them is a breeze. Lifetime warranty on the frame, you can’t go wrong.

These are the second pair of Smith sunglasses I have purchased. They go with me everywhere and not always treated with the respect one should show $100+ sunglasses, yet I have never been able to hurt them, last pair made it 4 years before I lost them on a bike trip. Some log made out sweet. Plus Smith now puts a lifetime warranty on their frames, what could be better. I recommend any of their removable lens frames.
