Prodigy Spherical Series Goggles - Polarized Lens

The Smith Prodigy Spherical Goggles combine an angular shape with a polarized lens to cut glare on the slopes and add aggressive style to your ski outfit. The polarized lens helps alleviate eye strain on sunny and partly cloudy days, and the Prodigy frame's hard lines and custom painted frame invite jealous looks from your buddies. The adjustable lens vents open to prevent fogging as you boot up to your favorite pow stashes, and wicking foam on the frame keeps the Prodigy Spherical Goggles from slipping around. Whether you're wearing a brain bucket or trusting the snow angels to keep you safe, the strap on these Smith goggles creates a comfortable fit.

Bottom Line: If your eyes are strained and red at the end of the weekend, it won't be because of your all-day skiing adventures.

Good Goggles

No issues with fogging even when using them while skinning. If it is a warmer day I try to wear them up on the helmet as this seems to eliminate the slight fog I would otherwise get. Excellent clarity and the lens is great for sunny days. Only thing is that the foam does not seem as good as the foam on Oakley goggles.

Simply horrible

Fogged up heavily on the lift at 28 degrees and snowing on the way to their first run. The worst part is that the Vaporator lens is immediately ruined if you wipe away inside fogging. So what do you do? Can't see thru fogging, can't see in the snowstorm, can't wipe 'em without ruining the "high tech" lens. Made for a terrible dangerous run. The wicking foam is rather weak in regard to padding, seems to wick in moisture just as easily as wicks out. These goggles are full of fancy crap that just doesn't work. FWIW, I was guided down the mountain by people in perfectly clear Giro goggles.
