The Smith Phenom Goggle’s polarized lens turns high-glare into high-def, which is nice when you throw a backside 7 off a couloir. The goggle also boasts Smith's usual super-comfortable fit and excellent fog-free ventilation.

  • Spherical, Carbonic-X lens with TLT Optics provides a crystal-clear fit with zero distortion even in your peripheral vision
  • Vaporator Technology with Porex filter means zero moisture will get between your lenses, and even if it did, the filter would let it escape
  • Regulator adjustable lens ventilation lets you control the airflow that gets into the goggles' interior
  • Helmet-compatible outrigger straps mean you can wear your brain-bucket without smooshing your nose (and enjoy an extra-smooth helmet-to-goggle integration if you pair it with your Smith helmet)
  • An ultra-wide, silicone-backed strap keeps everything in place, no matter how corked you get
  • Well-styled frame and strap graphics give your kit a modern look

awsome goggles..

i had low cost brand name goggles before i purchased these. what a difference especially with polarized lens. the other goggles use to hurt my eyes when the sun reflects off the icy snow but with these i can see clearly and the sun doesnt bother me too much. its best bang for bucks for polarized lens compared to oakleys. i gave a 4 star because the strap. although its easy to use it doesnt seem durable but well see.

Best fit, great lens, fog free

I have a medium size noggin and have been loving the Smith I/O for the last few years. I just picked these up because I am a huge fan of Smith Polarized shades and these are even better than I thought they would be. First, they fit better than anything I have ever tried, better than Oakley A frames, Wisdoms, Anons, Spys, and even the Smith I/O! These are now my go to googles. The lense has worked well in low light all the way to bright light well. Enjoy!

The seal around the eye may not be able to work properly, as the sides of the eyeglass frames can create a gap for cool air to seep in. Depending on how tight you want to adjust the strap, and how flexible your frames are, you are could try cinching it down enough to accommodate prescription frames.
