Don't emerge from your lair without the Smith Hideout Polarchromic Sunglasses. The transition lenses darken as the light grows brighter, preserving your retinas for future heists and capers. Smith also polarized the lenses to cut out the glare from water during speedboat escapes. Plenty of coverage helps keep your true identity unknown. The lightweight Grilamid TR90 frame and low-profile megol nose and temple tips feel comfortable on your face, and the Techlite lenses resists scratching and shattering.

Bottom Line: Adapt your eyes to changing light conditions with Smith's Hideout Sunglasses.

Would this sunglasses give protection against the glare from the snow.

If you are planning to get on the surrounding glaciers, I would opt for something with more shielding and a much darker lens. These are polarized but the lens is not overly dark and they lack shields around the eyes.

I had the Smith Optics T-Nine for years. Lost them in a river a couple years ago and was devastated. Got these sunglasses last year and i have to say they are probably the best replacement for my T-Nines. Too bad Smith doesn't make those anymore. For fit...I have a large head and love full coverage lenses. These are perfect except the lens doesn't cover to the bottom of the eye, you still get a little gap there. Oh well, none did as well as the T-Nine.

Hey Anyone who might have these..Wondering about the size/fit

Hey Anyone who might have these..Wondering about the size/fit of these Smiths. I have a small/medium head and normally wear the Oakley Fives Polarized glasses which fit perfect. Are these much bigger than those? Thanks,Ben

I just bought these today and have a medium to large head. I'd say they might be a little big looking on you. Chris
