All superheroes have amazing visual capabilities—and if you're ready to kick your ski or boarding skills up a notch, the Smith Anthem Goggle just could be your magic feather, so to speak. Anatomically engineered for a woman's facial features and face size, the Anthem Goggle rests softly on your face and blocks cold air and moisture. And Smith's Vaporator lens technology isn't just a cool-sounding term—it means that built-in airflow regulation keeps your lenses incredibly fog-free. Spherical Carbonic-X lenses make your vision so clear, you ski like Batman. Or like he would, if he skied, which maybe he does.

Poor peripheral vision

I am a fan of Smith products but these are going back.

Maybe these would work well for a woman with a small head, but I found that the small frame made peripheral vision quite poor. Created a tunnel-vision-like effect.

I wear a medium helmet (Smith Venue) and these looked like I was trying to pair childrens goggles with an adult helmet.

    Great lens, though.

    Great Goggles

I have nothing bad to say about these goggles. They fit perfectly, never fogged, totally comfortable, great visibility and they look good too! I got the sensor mirror lens and these were perfect for most days except for the really sunny blue bird days where a darker lens would have been more appropriate. Definitely recommend.

      Great Goggles

      Great Goggles!

I have had these for about 4 years and they fit great and look awesome! They are perfect for small faces like mine! The lens is a tiny bit difficult to swap out. It is easier and harder than some other goggles to put a lens in. I just keep the clear lens in for night riding and use my Oakley's during the day. I upgraded to the Oakley's for color reasons, but i still love these goggles!

          Perfect Women's Goggle

I bought these goggles as a Christmas present for my wife. She has always had trouble finding a high performance, stylish goggle that fits her face. I went with the Heritage Green Tartan w/ Ignitor Mirror lens. She recently tried them out on a trip to Snowmass. The fit was perfect and the lens tint is a great all around color for varying light conditions. Absolutely no problems with them fogging up or slipping down on her face. She is extremely happy with them. The icing on the cake... they are green and funky, two of her favorite things!

Great goggles, Strap not long enough for my helmet.

I love the performance of these goggles, I have the Sensor Mirror lenses and I have been very happy with the visibility in all conditions and they hardly ever fog. They look good and fit my small face well. My biggest issue is that the strap is too small for my helmet (a Giro Fuse that's a few years old), so they squeeze into my face and leave indentations in my cheeks. I'm going to buy the goggle extension strap they sell here on Backcountry and that problem should be solved.

              Perfect for a smaller fit

I've had these goggles for a couple years and they are still great. Even wearing them over my helmet the strap hasn't stretched out. I don't like super huge goggles and these are perfect. I don't really have a small face, and these are some of the smaller ones that Smith makes, but I think these fit me pretty well and don't cut off too much periphery.

              Perfect for a smaller fit

              Just be careful...

I am a big fan of the smith anthem goggles. I recently bought a pair of the burgundy/ hunter sensor mirrors. What I didn't realize is the Smith logo on sides is a big metal plate on both sides that didn't fit at all with my Smith helmet. I don't think they are all like that, just check.

                Killer goggles

I live in Alaska and do lots of backcountry skiing in all kinds of conditions. These goggles have performed flawlessly. I have 2 lens. The sensor mirror
is a great all around lens, but really shines in flat light. The platinum mirror is great in the bright stuff. They haven't fogged up at all. I love how they fit with my helmet, which is a Giro Fuse. I've bombed down the groomers at Alyeska and Eaglecrest and they did their job perfectly. On top of the performance factors, these goggles look very cool. I couldn't be happier with my goggles.

                  Eh ...

Apparently I am in the minority, but I was not impressed with these goggles. Cons: My main problem is the lens comes away from the frame on top, creating a terrible wind gap IN THE GOGGLES, which makes them awful for cold days, days with precipitation, and going faster than 3 mph on the hill - It drives me nuts. Frame is flimsy. Small to medium faces sounded perfect for me, but these look tiny with my helmet, which is a men's small. The strap barely fits around the back. The lenses scratched awful fast. On the plus side: decent graphics, look good with a hat, quality lenses minus the durability. Bottom line: I'm much happier with Fuses for the kind of skiing I do (faster than 3 mph, with a helmet, in northern New England); these would be fine for someone cruising the greens on nice days.

                    Great Compatibility with Smith Helmets

My wife has a Smith Intrigue Helmet and I purchased both the Anthems and the Scott Aura for her to see which would fit better. Her previous goggles were a pair of Spy goggles that left a big gap between the goggles and the helmet. The Scott Aura also left a gap, but the Anthems fit super snug and should keep out the cold. Additionally, my wife is Asian, so she always has trouble with the fit of sunglasses and goggles made for people with larger noses, but these fit great. I also own the Variant Brim Helmet and wear that with the Phenom Goggles and love that combo too. Good Job Smith!

                      Nice gog

Got these because my girlfriend has a smaller face and they seemed to have a nice shape tailored for that. Had them out one day, she said they fit comfortably, nice clear vision, sealed that terrible goggle-helmet gap well, and with the ignitor lens, had a cool, reflective look. The strap was barely big enough for a helmet but does fit.

                        Great Goggles

I've used these for about a year and have been really happy with them. The fit is awesome and they look pretty sleek. I have the platinum mirror and the sensor mirror lens, which pretty much covers the different light conditions, although an all round lenses would be nice when conditions change. I've only had them fog on me once when it was practically raining and everything I had was just dripping wet.

Will the Red Sol X Mirror lens work well in snow?

Also, additional lenses--Green Sol X, yellow, amber, etc (for all different light conditions) can be ordered directly from Smith. Recommend you get a Gold Sensor, Gold Light, or RC36 lens for low/flat-light conditions as the Red Sol X lens really works best in bright light (Blue Bird Day) conditions.
