The Abma Signature I/O X Goggle pays homage to Abma's near-legendary status as a big-mountain skier, and its graphics show off his unique outlook and style. The I/O X features Smith's quick-release lens system so you can switch out lenses quickly and easily when the light conditions change, and these goggles come with both the Ignitor and Extra Blue Sensor lenses. The spherical lenses give you full peripheral vision, while the TLT (tapered lens technology) gives you a true perspective without your goggles distorting your vision. Fogging isn't an issue with these goggles for several reasons: the 5X anti-fog inner lens will resist fogging for the life of the goggle, and vaporator lens technology with Porex filter lets air in to keep things ventilated but won't allow moisture in so you won't get any stubborn inner fogging. Its medium-to-large fit is helmet- and eyeglass-compatible, so you can rock a helmet like you should.

Do my eyes deceive me?

Not with these. These goggles are the best! The peripheral on these are exceptional. The reflective lens tint have been perfect in all types of lighting i.e. day, night, overcast, flat, sunny, cloudy, et al, and they never seem to fog up. If they do, it disappears quickly. Totally worth the money and highly recommended.

good enough for Abma- good enough for me

    • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

I'm a huge fan of the IOX goggles in general, but then add the Mark Abma inspired graphics, and these are one of the best performing/looking goggles on any mountain. The Extra Blue Sensor low light lens is perfect for even the flattest days. Great peripheral vision and zero fogging issues. And again, they're super stylish. After wearing Oakley for many years, Smith is making it hard for me to put anything else in my pack. Bottom line- if a legend like Abma gives them his stamp of approval, what else do you need to know?

good enough for Abma- good enough for me
