PhD Outdoor Medium Crew Sock

SmartWool loaded its PhD Outdoor Medium Women's Crew Sock with a host of technical features to give you blister-proof performance on the trail. However, we suspect that you'll be pulling this plush, ultra-comfortable sock out of the drawer long after you've put the hiking boots away for the year.

Tends to slide down

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I've used these with my La Sportiva G2s and for some reason these socks tend to slide down. Which is a pain when you're on a long approach, it's cold, you're on the side of a glacier, etc. Even worse is that when they slide down and you can't fix them for a while, they contribute to blisters. Would not recommend with double boots. They're probably fine with hiking boots.
