SmartWool Lightweight Boxer - Men's - 2011 BCS

Just spent 5 months backpacking around New Zealand and I literally wore these boxers every day except for the occasional time (about once a month) that we did laundry and I would have to change clothes. After weeks straight of not showering and wearing these boxers daily they smell like cotton boxers after one or two days of use. Also they are much comfier than regular cotton boxers, and have a slightly different stitch that gives better support. The price is quite steep, but 100% worth it. Buy these right now, you will not regret it. I'm 5'11 150lb and the medium is perfect.

I bought one pair of the light weight boxers and two pairs of the micro weight boxer briefs four months ago before a trip to South America. Both styles are perfect. Neither have any irritating seems. I typically wear a 31" waist jean or dress slacks. The medium size in both style briefs was perfect. I like the boxer briefs best in that they fit close to the skin but not tight where they ride up in the legs and eventually give you a wedgie like other brands I've bought. The boxer model is also great--just fits looser and perfect when you feel like swinging a little more free that day. These boxers, however, are not so loose (like others I've bought) that you don't feel like you have any underwear on. My suggestion is to buy both styles. Also, the wool is perfect--not hot, always feels fresh and no smell like capeline. I'm a big fan of smartwool and patagonia's wool products. I hand washed and line dried while in South America with no problems. TK

First, let it be known that I am a huge merino fan.Now, onto the review:These are by far the best pair of boxers I have ever purchased. Though the price is pretty steep compared to your standard cotton boxer, and even more expensive than most other "technical" underwear offerings, these are worth their weight in gold. Like another reviewer said, they can be worn for days on end and still feel fresh, with no stink. The wool stays dry and keeps you cool, or warm, and comfortable. I wear these boxers every day, for all activities. Awesome to wear just these under ski pants on a spring day, with shorts in the summer, or with cords in the winter, and every single night.If someone told me these are the only boxers I could wear for the rest of my life, I would be one happy camper...

i wear these all the time - work, play, exercise, even sleeping. decent support, not too bulky, stay 'fresh' for several days if required. i loved the two pair i initially bought so much i bought six more pair. they're that good.

its smart wool its the best fabric on earth.
fits like a boxer brief im used to loose boxers but these feel kinda nice being smaller.
