A slipper that doesn’t mess around with comfort.

When it’s time to get serious about relaxing, slip on the SmartWool Fritter Free Heel Slipper, and shuffle on over to the recliner. Merino wool offers comfort and a natural resistance to odor, so these slips won’t stink even after a weekend of barricading yourself in the den with your favorite powder vids.

Size down.

The SmartWool Fritter Free Heel Slipper was only available in my usual shoe size 9 and it fit best when I wore thick socks. I recommend sizing down if you want to go barefoot in the Fritter.

Best Slipper

I've never worn sippers on a regular basis. That changed when I got these. I worked/lived in a dorm/skiing environment. If I wasn't in ski boots or work shoes, these were on my feet.

Super Comfy

I got the Free Heel as opposed to the full heel because my feet tend to over-heat easily, and I find these slippers to be quite nice. When it gets really cold I just wear socks with them and they are great that way too. I'm usually a size 11 to 11.5 in shoes so I ordered these in size 11 and they fit me well with or without socks. I really like the mostly wool materials. I've been wearing for almost for a year now and they have lost some of their shape but still a lot of life in them.

Incredible.

I have all wood floors in my house and live in western NY so they are chilly. These are warm and the all wool insole is resilient. They are comfortable. I have had them for three months and definitely worth money.
