Warm and colorful but slightly itchy

I bought two of these scarves for myself and I love them. They are very warm and the colors are just perfect, but because the scarves are wool, they are slightly itchy. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being not itchy at all, 10 being ridiculously itchy, I'd say the scarves are a 3. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to try a different type of scarf, but if you're like me, the itchiness isn't a factor after a few times wearing it.

It is 70" long & approximately 4.5" wide.DakkaGuru: I've measured a similar scarf from smartwool, it was 6" X 60"

It's a wool scarf. more comfortable next to skin than traditional wool. Have the matching gloves as well; unfortunately, they don't seem like they'll last the winter. The craftsmanship on the gloves is weak.
