Do these headphones block out outside noise, so are they good for a long haul flight?

These headphones do block out outside noise to a certain degree. If you were to get the Skullcandy Aviators they would block out noise more, but these do a good job of it but still allow a little outside noise in. I like this because it blocks out noise enough for great music quality, but if you're at work or riding and you need to be able to hear people trying to get your attention they allow that as well.

Decent headphones at a great price! Good sound and very comfortable. I wear them at work and can have them on for hours without them hurting my ears. I wouldn't recommend them for running or heavy activity though.

they are pretty nice actually, i mean they arent Beats type of bass. but you can feel a little vibration on your ear. if your into hip hop its pretty good.

i would give the headphones an 8/10 as a whole. very good for the price.

Really clean and crisp sound, look pretty stylish on the slopes or walking around. Can't be worn with a helmet but if you are just rocking a beanie they fit great

Would these headphones be good to run with? Or would they be too bulky and/or fall off my head?

It's personal preference, but I think they'd be a bit bulky and insecure for running. You may want to consider over-the-ear or in-ear headphones.

Most likely not a great choice for vigorous cardio. Might work for a light low impact jog.

Durability-not sick- they do not flex, and after wearing them skiing for a day they skip sections of what I'm listening to.
Over all they are great wear around headphones, but not for skiers or boarders.

I'm trying to buy cool headphones for my teenage nephew. He loves music but will likely be hard on them. I like the Skullcandy Uprock on ear from what I've read. But I need some feedback. I read some reviews that say the cords can get dislodged easily, and others say the adjustment for ear size doesn't stay adjusted well. I need to spend less than $25 but get good durability and quality. Thanks.

These are loud and awesome! They are surprisingly good at blocking outside noise. I picked up a pair of the blue ones and am always getting comments on the hill!

yes, if your helmet is an XXXXXXXXL size, otherwise I don't think you're gonna be able to fit them unless your head is the size of an apple

Love these head phones! Relatively inexpensive and they have great sound quality. They are also thin, making them great for wearing under a ski helmet.

I really like these, they fit well. they sound well. and they look dope. the only concern i have is that it seems to be a little flimsy and don't know how well it'll work at the park. and it could beat a little harder.

all in all good purchase.
