This cookbook is amazing, with such great recipes and very easy instructions to follow along with pictures to help you out on the way! I would defenetly pick one of these up if your looking at having quality good food with you while you are on your ride, run, etc..

Get Real, sorry, Eat Real

Great idea's for on the bike nutrition thats easy to eat and digest, love it.

Who would have known that cream cheese, prosciutto and jelly would go so well together and be just what you need to keep from bonking on a long hard ride, so good. Try it.

The intro is fantastic with great nutrition/hydration advice to get your season in order.

I am Gulten Free and I also eat only organic and non GMO. I started with FeedZone then got Portables. Chef Biju and Allen Lim have it down.
Bacon Choc Chip Baked Rice Cakes from Feedzone is my Favorite and the Simple Gluten Free Pastry in Portables just changed my world. Forget over processed babyfood and bars. Quick simple to follow, freeze and take ideas are the way to go...Hike, Bike, Trek, Train, what ever. Keeping it simple is best. Thanks Skratch.

Easy, Healthy, Portable

The Feed Zone Portable is the Bomb! All the recipes are easy going on my belly during high intensity workouts. All recipes are lite, filling and filled with water unlike other brands gels and prepacked snacks. You make your own bars so you know exactly whats going into it.

This is a great book to pick up if you are an endurance athlete. why spend thousands of dollars buying processed energy bars and gels when you can make your own? Easy recipes to make that are tasty and super clean. Highly recommended

Tasty tiny food? Yes, please.

I love cooking and Skratch labs brings out my inner mad scientist chef with the Skratch Labs portables book. Not only is the food good for you, it tastes amazing (if you follow the recipe). I'm definitely a fan of the rice cakes, but the baked eggs take the money for being so damn tasty. Anyone who advocates eating bacon while riding a bike is doing it right, and Skratch labs is definitely doing it right.
