Skiing the resort's rad, but the real adventure starts when you jump into the Ski Trab Freedom 90 Ski, beep your way through the gate, and line up the first descent of the day. Ski Trab designed the Freedom with traditional camber and a light poplar core to chow down on boot-top pow and spring corn, and made sure there were 52HRC steel edges to save your bacon on frozen crust and in no-fall couloirs. Stick the jump turns and point it out onto the apron on the speedy sintered bases, confident in the stability of the quadraxial fiberglass and carbon laminates. You're allowed a second to admire your line, but then it's slap on your skins and head up for round two; the skinner will be over in a jiff, thanks in part to the air channels that help keep the Freedom nice and light, and you'll have five laps under your belt before it's time for lunch.
