Nice Gloves

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Postings here are dead-on about these gloves. Very light, thin, cool and comfortable. They do run small and couple that with the thin-ness, and my thumb popped thru the end of the glove. Despite this I can still use and still like the gloves.
Next time I'll get an XL.

crummy gloves

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Wore them 3 times.Twice on road. Once MTB. Seams began to split and come apart.
Mediums were on sale. They run small. This may have been a contributing factor to them falling apart?
They look good and they were comfortable if you don't mind not having any padding.
Threw in a stitch and donated them.
Stay away from this glove.
Poor construction.
On sale for a reason?

Simple but the best.

The Raji is just a great glove. They aren't supposed to be bullet proof but they are better than not having a glove on. I own a bag full of them and I just keep circulating them around as I use them. They are the best glove for Whistler when it is hot as balls out and you want a glove that doesn't get all slimy with sweat.

Nice Lightweight breathable glove

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Nice Lightweight breathable glove. Haven't got to really try it out yet, but I will be prepared for the next time I go Mtn biking!

Nice Glove

  • Fit: Runs small

Great pair of gloves for hot weather. These gloves have allow you to have a better grip while not making your hands too hot. They also have a rag material on the thumb to wipe sweat off your face as well. The only problem I had with these gloves is that they run wayyyyyy small. I would increase the size one or two sizes from your regular glove size to ensure they fit correctly.

thin

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I these are fine for crosscountry riding but they are of light construction. I have been using them on the road bike as well the fingers are thin enough that they don't interfere with shifting.

"raji" must translate to "tiny hands"

sizes very, very small. i usually wear a size large in fox and other brand gloves, these i needed to order a XXL to get them to fit. even then, the hand and fingers were ok, but the crotch of the thumb was still very stretched and small for me. the regular size "large" fit like a childs glove. the general construction is good, nice and breathable. but the fit is off. if you cant find a glove because you have tiny tiny thumbs and nothing else fits right, these are the gloves for you.

Responded on

I had the same issue. I bought a large which usually fits perfect and it has some tightness in the crotch area. I really like these gloves as far as breathability but I can see the tightness being a problem for long rides. I was thinking about trying the XL before the XXL. I'm 6'0, what do you recommend?

id split the difference and get the XLs. mine ended up stretching a tiny, tiny bit after some long rides when i sweated into them heavily.

Light and super breathable

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These gloves are perfect for those who don't want to wear gloves because of the warmth and lack of dexterity. They are super light while giving really good grip on the bars. 661 made this version even more breathable than their last version by perferating both sides of the grip instead of just the outside like last years. Hands down my favorite gloves.

Love everything except the big care tag

These gloves fit great, are lightweight, and breathe very well for mountain biking. Ditto what the earlier reviewer said about the oddly large tag on the inside.

I've only used my 661 Raji gloves once since I got them and found them very comfortable. I have large hands so it's hard to find gloves that work and these do. My only complaint, and it's very, very minor, is that there's a rather large and cumbersome tag inside the glove. Not sure why 661 couldn't include all the relevant product info in a slip of paper not attached to the glove.

Great gloves, on my 2nd pair

bought my first in 2010 and just replaced them with the new models, easy to maintain by throwing in the washer every once in a while, just don't put in the dryer, let them air dry. Great price, cool in the summer, great fit, and durable.

Great gloves, on my 2nd pair

Six One Raji glove

This is my 3rd pair of Rajis. They are the closest you can get to wearing no glove at all. Super thin, super breathable. The best warm weather glove out there.
