Before the planet decides to shake us from its surface like the pesky parasites that we are, hit the streets in this eco-friendly hemp and organic cotton sneaker. Fast-growing linings made with viscose from bamboo and a natural latex and cotton canvas footbed keep your foot comfortable as you proclaim a prophecy of deadly spore attacks and flash ice ages. A water-repellent rubbahyde strip at the base of the TOEmorrow and its natural latex and crepe rubber outsole give you plenty of tread and protection so you can head out of town to enjoy the natural world from time to time, while water based glues, recycled packaging, and soy based inks keep the rest of the production process in line with your radically forward view.

My go to around town shoe.

By:

These shoes are amazingly comfortable, and completely unique. I hate wearing shoes, but sometimes going barefoot or wearing sandals just wont do, so I wear these. The canvas conforms to your foot, so your feet don't feel constricted. And they are light and breathe well. I was a little concerned with durability since they are made from all natural materials, but I have been wearing them almost daily for 6 months with no apparent wear. Whenever they do wear out, I'll be getting another pair. The sizing is right on, order your normal street shoe size.

Not work shoes

Just because there's no cushioning for your achilles tendon I wouldn't recommend these for walking fast on hard floors. otherwise, cool chillin shoe.

$9 and 15 mins make em perfect

By:

I'm giving these shoes a hard 5 stars for style but about a 2 or 3 for durability and comfort... the insoles they come with absolutely suck, they have no cushion and these weird dimple things on the surface and the natural rubber rand around the base is just kinda sewn on, it was falling apart around its top edge within a few days. Both of these problems were fixed pretty easy - some $9 insoles and 15 minutes putting some shoe glue for the rand did the trick. Love the style though, these are rad.

Cool minimalism

By:

Take a minimalist shoe, add some cool styling and a green ethic, and you've got one comfortable Toemorrow shoe. I liked these so much that I immediately bought more while I could find them on sale. These are low profile with very little arch or structure (but still very well made). I've worn other minimalist-type shoes and run in the Vibram Five Fingers, and these Toemorrows fit right in. The sole manages to give you good ground feel and a nice cushion at the same time. The upper fits comfortably, and the laces look good and stay tied. Bison is about the best color shoe I've seen. There used to be a true black Toemorrow, I think, but the current Black is really a dark heather gray with notes of green (not to sound like a wine connoisseur). Birch is a rich off-white that avoids the yellowy look of Chuck Taylors. I ordered 1/2-size larger than my usual street shoe size and they fit fine either with or without socks. I'm a notorious cheapskate, so as much as I love them I couldn't see paying $90 for sneakers, but if you scout around you can usually find them for a good deal, starting right on this web site and, even better, SAC. If you're into minimalist shoes and you like the style, this is just a great shoe.
