Reduce your ecological footprint and get a comfy shoe too—the Simple toematoe loafer features environmentally friendly parts, including organic cotton uppers, footbeds made from recycled plastic bottles, and outsoles made of recycled car tires. Simple's toematoes are part of the company's Best line, which means that, short of making your own shoes out of hemp that you grow using gray water and then weave yourself, you can't get a more planet-friendly shoe for your feet. And, we think the toematoe will be more comfortable than your handmade foot covers—just a guess.

These are so comfortable...my sister was very envious...so I bought her a pair too! She hasn't worn anything else for 2 weeks!

These shoes are great for every day wear. The insole was a little strange when I first started wearing them, but now I LOVE IT. The canvas is also very soft. My foot is narrow in the heal and I usually have a hard time with slip on shoes but these fit perfect. Overall this is an amazing shoe in terms of comfort, wear, and price. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
