The Simms Headwaters Gear Bag lets you take your typical fly fisherman OCD ways on the road by providing you with all the features you need to keep your meticulously organized fishing gear where it needs to be. It wouldn't be much of a vacation if you didn't have boots and waders along for the ride, but traveling with soggy waders can pose a number of problems, especially to your base layers. That's why Simms fitted this fisherman-friendly bag with a wet storage compartment for that sloppy stuff when you're en-route to the next stretch of river.

The large main compartment has enough room to keep all the fly boxes you'll need for a month's stay in AK or a week in Bozeman, along with any additional clothes you might need along the way. Two side pockets allow for quick and easy access to odds and ends, and stowaway exterior rod-tube holders give you a spot to secure your 5wt and 7wt. The bag itself is made of durable 600D nylon fabric that's treated with a water-resistant DWR coating. The bottom is composed of a waterproof TPU fabric, so you won't have to worry about water creeping in when it's sitting on a soggy boat bottom or wet truck bed.
