GREAT!!

Hey I was a little reluctant buying a water bottle for so much but well worth it! I was a little worried about denting it since it is aluminum, but now I have a couple dents and I think it adds a little character. Great buy, would recommend to anyone debating getting one.

expensive little water bottle

While this is a very nice water container, I've found better uses for it. Because it is so small, I typically use it as a flask which is nice since people think your just drinking water.

sturdy friendly lightweight little bottle, reliable and tough, but not a burden. Cheerful colors, ready to hit the road.

I love them

I own some Sigg metal bottles, they are so much better than Nalgenes in my opinion! They never ever ever hold a flavor or smell of previous non-water drinks.

Nice Choice

Pretty small for hiking, but for quick hikes or just a water bottle at work its great... the only negative is that it dents easy, but I'd rather have it dent easy then drink out of libido decreasing plastic.

Superior Water Bottle

By:

I bought this for my girlfriend after she discovered a cheaper metal water bottle was leaking when carried in her purse. The cheap stainless steel water bottle leaked when on it's side and ruined an ipod and her cell phone. It also left a metallic aftertaste in the water. The Sigg exhibited none of these issues. I own several larger Siggs which I use for hiking and I've never been disappointed.

Sigg Traveler Water Bottle

I love the Sigg metal water bottles. You may as well stay away from BPA in plastics, and water tastes crisp and fresh out of these. I like the Traveler in .6L as it's a great size to toss in your purse or bag when you're running errands. These do dent easily (which doesn't really bother me and gives them character). If you drop it on pavement, you will probably ding it or crush it on one side, but it still won't leak.

FYI: Paint will chip off the top & end up in your stomach!!!

So all these fancy colors & designs are not what I want, I exchanged my old BPA lined Sigg bottles for this one (except 1.5 liter version) & after 5 days the paint was chipping off the lip & into my stomach! Awesome, what a deal!!!

There is even paint specs in the threading of the liner & those have been coming off (I WONDER WHERE THEY END UP?).

Why don't they paint up to an inch below the lip so you don't get paint in your stomach?

And why do they have paint specs in the thread, do they just spray paint these things?

Not happy & not using Sigg anymore!!!

ADDENDUM: I must add that Sigg has some serious people working their & they care deeply about the quality of their product & THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PAINT.

So I'm going to try a full metal version with no shiny paint or fancy designs...

...so I'll be back to let y'all know how that went.

Just be aware of the paint issue, I would rather have the ugliest metal water bottle in the world (if it is easy to clean & won't leach toxins into my body) versus having a bottle that looks good!
