My only problem with this bottle is that lid slips when you tighten it up. I think the threads actually skip over the ridges in the bottle. Otherwise a good bottle. I'm more of a fan of Hydroflask, hint hint BC you guys should carry them.

not as nice as klean kanteen

mouth is too small, and the flip-up handle feels flimsy. Fullfills basic function, but not as well as a clean kanteen.

I would like to buy a smaller sigg steel works bottle but haven't

I would like to buy a smaller sigg steel works bottle but haven't been able to find one, the .6L is what I am thinking of, do they make a small steel works one specifically? I know there are normal sigg bottles that are smaller but "steel works", or at least thats what I have found. Thanks!

bunch of haters

im not sure why any one who actually bought this bottle would have a problem with it . These thing's are great I have had aluminum bottles before and they dent vary easily . More to the point the steel dose not dent as deeply as the other aluminum sigg bottles that i have had. and unless you never drop things, or you don't care if your bottle can hold a litter of water then the thick steel that this bottle is made out of is the way to go. as far as Quality it is the same as any other sigg product i have ever seen (vary high) whaerther it was made in china or not. I liked mine so much, i bought three more. one for every one in my house.best bottle i have had yet.

This thing is great, just the perfect weight and keeps things cool. I wish there was a cover for it or something it can get a bit cold.

Best Sigg Option.........

By: Backcountry.com Employee

This bottle is the best Sigg option & I recommend it...

...Sigg in my opinion HAS A HORRIBLE DESIGN FLAW THAT THEY WON'T ADDRESS.

They paint the bottle all the way up to the lip, it doesn't make any sense to me, all they need to do is stop the paint job about a 1/4" - 1/2" below the lip so you don't have to worry about paint chipping off etc.

These bottles are way tougher than the aluminum stuff Sigg makes, that's why I like it, but this paint job is an enigma to me!
