Pick up the Sierra Designs Solar Taquito, and you won’t find any chicken, beef, or cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla. You’ll find neatly organized tent components wrapped up in durable nylon with a small solar panel that charges two NiMH batteries or your electronics as you hike. The Taquito has compartments for your tent fly, body, poles, and stakes, and it rolls up and cinches down with compression straps. Sierra Designs included the rechargeable battery pack, as well as 10 different connectors including a USB cable for your cell phone, iPod, and other devices.
Bottom Line: The functional kind, not the edible kind.

No it does not plug into the wall.

I can't find the answer to that anywhere, I'd suggest getting on Live Chat (gray button, upper right corner of the page) and asking them. They can even pull one out of the warehouse and check if you need to.
