I bought the footprint at the same time as the tent and it has worked out great. It poured rain during one of my climbing trips, came back to my tent and it was still nice and dry. First one bought for myself and love it!
A must have to make your tent last longer!

After getting the Sirius, I used it a couple of times, and decided that I liked it so much for it's fast pitching and ease of set up, that I wanted it to last. Getting this foot print assures me of that. It is heavy duty nylon that will not let your floor get destroyed. Don't spend your money on a great tent unless you get the foot print too.
