Careful with size

I am a normal size 11 1/2 to 12, depending on the shoe. Bought these in XL, and they are simply too small...my toes hit the front of the bootie. Thank goodness I bought these on Steep and Cheap and didn't spend much...

Do these have EVA foam in the sole? What is in the footbed? I have a pair of the packable down booties and they do not.

Very little down

By:
January 24, 2011

These booties have very little down/loft. They are very thin. I returned mine because I was disappointed with them. The soles are nice and I like the elastic cinch. But overall, the down bootie is more just a bootie - hardly a down bootie. If you do decide to order them - I ordered size large which fit my size 10 foot well. Large was too small for my brother though, who wears a size 11/11.5.

Do these tend to run wide? My husband wears an 11EEE. I would order the XXL, but am not sure if they will be too tight.
Thanks to anyone who has the answer. Much appreciated.

My shoe: Men's 9

I ordered large based on other reviews, and they fit great. Plenty of warmth for my indoor use. Very toasty.

Warm feet and toes

By:

I bought these right before a trip out to the Henry mountain range in Utah. I was so happy I decided to pick these up, lows in the high teens to low 20s and high winds, very nice to climb into these at the end of the day and know my feet would be warm.

Sierra Design Pull-On Bootie Slipper

I bought these booties to wear over my ballet slippers between classes and rehearsals. They work well for that purpose (I bought one size too large, on purpose). Mostly importantly, though, the ballerinas think I look cool in them. ;^)

yurt footwear

Perfect footwear to bring on yurt trips. When you need to take your ski or snowboard boots off after a day in the backcountry, slip these bad boys on. My husband took them on a recent yurt trip and wore them to walk to the outhouse, split wood, and do some target practice. The booties kept him warm and dry.
